November career fairs in Singapore: 14 left, from 1,400 jobs at Clementi Mall to transport hiring on 17 November

If you are job hunting before the year-end lull, November is unusually packed. The government’s list of November career fairs in Singapore, last updated on 4 November 2026, has 18 events, and 14 of them are still to come from today, 5 November. They are run by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) and NTUC’s e2i, and registration is free, per the Tripartite Career Fairs page on gov.sg.

The timing matters. Retrenchments rose to 4,800 in the third quarter, as we reported in our look at MOM’s latest figures, so more people are competing for interviews. Here is every remaining fair, sorted by date, with the details that help you decide which one is worth a half-day off.

November career fairs in Singapore this week (5 to 8 November)

  • Clementi x e2i Skills & Career Fair, 4 to 7 November, 11am to 6pm, The Clementi Mall Level 4 atrium. e2i lists more than 1,400 vacancies, with a different sector each day: manufacturing and modern services on 6 November, and skills and learning on 7 November. Last registration is 5.45pm.
  • Connect On-The-Go @ Westgate, 5 to 8 November, 11am to 8pm, Westgate Basement 1. This one is about career and skills advice, seminars and workshops rather than on-the-spot hiring.
  • e2i Early Childhood Career Fair, 6 and 7 November, 10am to 5pm, Lifelong Learning Institute (11 Eunos Road 8, near Paya Lebar MRT), Level 2. Roles include preschool educator, infant care educator, trainee teacher and assistant educator, with on-site interviews. It is open to Singaporeans only, and you register for one day.

At Clementi, some of the listed pay is decent for a mall fair. Examples on the e2i page include an assistant restaurant manager role at FairPrice at S$4,000 and a cybersecurity assistant manager role at ST Logistics at S$5,600 to S$7,000.

Mid-November: community, transport and virtual interviews

  • Job Fair @ Seletar-Serangoon, Friday 13 November, 10am to 4pm, Hwi Yoh Community Centre Hall (opposite Blk 532 Serangoon North Avenue 4). There are 15 employers, including Amara Hotels, Far East Hospitality and ValueMax, and more than 500 full-time and part-time vacancies. Capacity is 300.
  • Public Transport Career Fair 2026, Tuesday 17 November, 10am to 4pm, Devan Nair Institute (80 Jurong East Street 21), Hall 1. SMRT, SBS Transit, Go-Ahead, Tower Transit, Singapore One Rail and LTA are hiring for roles such as station manager, technician and assistant engineer, with listed pay from S$1,935 to S$5,000.
  • Virtual job interviews, 2pm to 5pm on 17 November (marketing, sales and growth), 18 November (engineering and technical) and 19 November (business and corporate functions). You register interest first to get an interview slot.
  • Connect On-The-Go @ Showcase for Clean & Green Singapore, Saturday 21 November, 8am to 11am, Kampung Admiralty. Career advice focused on sustainability jobs.

For the transport fair, walk-ins are allowed but only if interview slots remain, and pre-registered candidates go first. Last registration is 3.30pm, so do not turn up at 3.45pm hoping for luck.

Late November: walk-in interviews and more virtual sessions

  • Walk-in Interview for retail, F&B and business services, Tuesday 24 November, 10am to 4pm, Lifelong Learning Institute Event Hall 1-1. Named employers include Marks & Spencer, Paris Baguette, Redwoods Advance and Zara.
  • Virtual job interviews, 2pm to 5pm on 24 November (financial services and fintech), 25 November (data, AI and tech) and 26 November (early childhood care and education).
  • Built Environment Mini Job Fair, Monday 30 November, 11am to 5pm, e2i Jobs and Skills Centre at Bishan Community Club, Level 1.

The virtual sessions and the walk-in interview are listed on CareersHorizon by MyCareersFuture, while the physical fairs are on e2i’s event portal. If you are eyeing gig-adjacent work, foodpanda’s full-time rider scheme from S$1,800 a month is another option we covered in our foodpanda rider jobs story.

How to get the most out of a career fair

A fair is only worth it if you leave with an interview, not a tote bag. A few things that help:

  1. Register online ahead of time. Most e2i fairs cap attendance, and pre-registered candidates get priority for interview slots.
  2. Download the job listing booklet from the event page and shortlist three or four roles before you go.
  3. Bring a few printed copies of your resume and have a PDF ready on your phone.
  4. LTVP and LTVP+ holders need to bring a PLOC or LOC with their ID and register on site, according to the e2i listings.
  5. Ask about training support. Many fairs pair hiring with course advice, and SkillsFuture’s Mid-Career Credit expands to WSQ and sector courses from 1 December.

On that last point, our explainer on the SkillsFuture Level-Up changes from 1 December covers who qualifies. Do check each event page the day before you go, since gov.sg notes the list is updated regularly and details can change.
