Huawei’s Watch 6 and Watch 6 Pro go on sale in Singapore on Friday (30 October) from S$548 and S$798, with pre-orders open until Thursday (29 October), HardwareZone reported. The launch comes weeks after Huawei brought its Watch GT 7 series to Singapore.

Prices and finishes
The Watch 6 Pro costs S$798 and comes in two versions. The 43mm Ceramic Edition has ceramic front and back casings, and the 46mm Space Edition pairs a titanium front case with a ceramic back.
The Watch 6 costs S$548 and comes in 46mm black and blue versions and a 42mm pink version.

Pre-order gifts
Pre-orders run from 24 to 29 October at Huawei Experience Stores and Huawei’s official stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok. Buyers get gifts worth up to S$258, and online pre-orders come with an extra S$30 discount voucher while stocks last.

Where to buy from 30 October
From 30 October, both watches are also sold at Challenger, MetaPod and SprintCass, on top of Huawei’s own channels: its Experience Stores and official stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.

Health and sports features
The series uses an upgraded X-Tap sensor that pairs a 12-channel PPG sensor with a pressure sensor for a fuller overview of the wearer’s health. It also adds Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Detection to screen for irregular heart rhythms. When it picks up a possible abnormality, the watch prompts the wearer to take an ECG measurement. The health functions support awareness and do not replace a medical diagnosis. They carry more than 100 workout modes, are water resistant to 50m and support diving to 40m.
Gesture controls
The series keeps the tap and slide controls of earlier models. A wrist-rotation gesture arrives in a later over-the-air update, letting wearers carry out selected actions with one hand, such as rotating the wrist to silence an incoming call.
