Sennheiser’s Singapore store is taking pre-orders for the Momentum True Wireless 5 at S$479, GST included, with shipments from 3 September 2026.
The listing was on sg.sennheiser-hearing.com on Saturday (Aug 29). Graphite, Cream, Copper, Denim and Lavender are all priced at the same figure, with no compare-at discount on the new model.

THE SINGAPORE LISTING
S$479 is the only recommended retail price on the official store. The product page shows Preorder and Ships 3 Sep. That figure was checked again on 29 August 2026 at checkout, not taken from a third-party round-up.
The previous generation, Momentum True Wireless 4, remains on the same store. Its listed price is S$449, with a promotional price of S$299 on 29 August. True Wireless 5 sits S$30 above that listed RRP. A cut on a launched model is a separate deals story. This is a new SKU at full price.
FROM TRUE WIRELESS 4
Both generations use Sennheiser’s 7mm TrueResponse dynamic driver, listed at 5 Hz to 21 kHz. The Singapore spec tables, checked 29 August, show these published deltas.
| Published spec | True Wireless 4 | True Wireless 5 |
|---|---|---|
| Bluetooth | 5.4 | 6.0 |
| Music playtime, ANC off (buds / with case) | Up to 7.5 hrs / 30 hrs | Up to 12 hrs / 40 hrs |
| Music playtime, ANC on (buds) | Up to 7 hrs | Up to 6 hrs |
| Microphones | 3 per bud | 4 per bud plus bone-conduction voice accelerometer |
| Batteries | Built-in, 75 mAh bud / 820 mAh case | User-replaceable, 72 mAh bud / 760 mAh case |
| Case mass | 66.4g | 55g |
| Single bud mass | 6.2g | 7g |
| Singapore store price, 29 August 2026 | S$449 listed, S$299 promotional | S$479 |
Those playtime figures are Sennheiser’s own, tested on an iPhone at mid volume. They are not a listening test.
True Wireless 5 adds Dolby Atmos spatial audio and an 8-band graphic equaliser in the Smart Control Plus app. True Wireless 4 listed a 5-band EQ and Auracast via firmware. Auracast is not restated on the True Wireless 5 Singapore spec block.
IP54 dust and splash resistance applies to the earbuds only on both generations. The case is not given that rating on either product page.

REPLACEABLE BATTERIES
Sennheiser’s Singapore copy says the True Wireless 5 batteries in the buds and the case can be replaced at home with standard tools. A battery replacement tool is listed in the box, with the USB-C cable and XS to L ear tips.
The published cells are 72 mAh in each bud and 760 mAh in the case. Charging is USB-C at up to 5 W, with no USB Power Delivery, plus Qi wireless charging version 2.1. An eight-minute charge is listed as one hour of music playtime. Full charge is listed as about 1.5 hours.
Sennheiser has not published a Singapore spare-battery SKU or a replacement price on the same page.

SHIPPING FROM 3 SEPTEMBER
Pre-orders are live on the official Sennheiser Singapore store. The page does not name other authorised retailers as carriers, and it does not publish a local warranty term in years.
Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 page on apple.com/sg, checked 29 August 2026, still lists up to 8 hours of listening with Active Noise Cancellation on a single charge, against True Wireless 5’s up to 6 hours with ANC on. That is a manufacturer claim on each side, not a bench.
COMEX 2026 at Suntec also opens on 3 September. That is a hall diary, not a Sennheiser price list. For the phone that went on sale this morning, the local sheet is the Galaxy S26 FE Singapore price file. Apple’s next stream is already timed on apple.com/sg as 1am SGT on 10 September.
On 29 August the buy button still reads Preorder, with shipments from 3 September.
