Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview is serving a Christmas Brunch at The Best Brew with local oat milk brand OATSIDE, from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. It runs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm and costs S$32.80++ per adult and S$18.80++ per child aged 6 to 12.
What is in the brunch
The buffet has more than 24 favourites, plus one freshly prepared à la carte main per guest and a selection of OATSIDE creations. Traditional dishes include Baked Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Honey Baked Ham with Apple Sauce, alongside Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon, Garlic Chicken Sausage, Baked Beans, Ratatouille, Baked Cheese Cauliflower and Tater Tots. A DIY Yoghurt Bar and Fresh Fruit Platters round out the lighter side.
Desserts include Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Royal Chocolate Cake, New York Cheesecake, Apple Crumble Tart and Assorted Cookies. For the à la carte main, guests choose between Beef Pie with Mash and Salad or Vongole Pasta.
The OATSIDE collaboration
The hotel uses OATSIDE’s Barista Blend, Chocolate and Matcha Oat Latte flavours in selected dishes and drinks. On the savoury side, there are a Chicken Ragout with Baguette and a Carbonara made with oat milk. Bread Pudding and Assorted Panna Cotta on the buffet also use OATSIDE.
Three drinks complete the collaboration: an iced Apple Pie Oat Latte, an iced Strawberry Matcha Oat Latte and a Hot Chocolate made with OATSIDE Chocolate oat milk. Any of them can be added to the buffet for S$6++, or ordered à la carte at S$10.80++ each.
Ah Pui Teochew Porridge Buffet
From 11 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, Ah Pui Teochew Porridge Buffet at the same hotel adds festive dishes, including Braised Duck, Kueh Pie Tee in Beetroot Shells, and Honey Baked Ham and Roasted Turkey Breast served from a wagon. Sweet items include Assorted Japanese Mochi, Traditional Log Cake, Durian Pengat and Soft Serve Ice Cream.
