TOFU G Opens Two-Storey Dessert House at Amoy Street with the New Original Tofu Pudding

TOFU G, Singapore’s beloved tofu gelato brand, has just opened its most ambitious outlet yet — a sprawling two-storey dessert house at 97 Amoy Street in the heart of Telok Ayer, right in the CBD. If you’ve been following the brand since its UE Square launch earlier this year, this flagship feels like a significant leap forward — in space, menu, and ambition.

The New Headline: Original Tofu Pudding

The standout new addition at TOFU G Amoy Street is the Original Tofu Pudding (순두부 푸딩), priced at just $6. Served chilled in TOFU G’s signature glass jar, it’s made from premium non-GMO soybeans with a subtle house syrup finish. The result is silky, barely sweet, and quietly addictive — a completely different experience from the brand’s signature gelato.

More pudding flavours and a Tofu Tiramisu are already on the way, so this feels very much like the start of a new product chapter for the brand.

A Two-Storey Space Designed to Linger In

This isn’t a quick dessert stop. The Amoy Street outlet is TOFU G’s largest to date — a two-storey space designed in the spirit of a modern hanok (한옥), the contemporary take on traditional Korean houses. Natural materials run throughout: linen, unbleached cotton, warm wood tones, and a stone millstone feature that connects visitors to tofu’s origins. The atmosphere is calm, focused, and unmistakably branded — the kind of space you’ll want to linger in for an extra half-hour over a jar of pudding.

Why TOFU G Has a Following

TOFU G built its reputation on a genuinely novel concept: Singapore’s first tofu-based gelato, prepared live on-site using premium non-GMO soybeans. The gelato is freshly churned to order, and a strong portion of the menu is vegan-friendly and dairy-free — which has helped the brand resonate well beyond the typical dessert crowd. From health-conscious office workers to dessert enthusiasts, the Amoy Street two-storey space is designed to capture a wider CBD audience than any of their previous outlets.
