Turkish buffet at The Line runs to 17 November 2026

The Line, the all-day buffet restaurant in Shangri-La Singapore’s Tower Wing, runs a Flavours of Türkiye menu from 2 to 17 November 2026. Lunch and dinner carry separate prices, and the run ends on 17 November.

What is on the Turkish table

The kitchen works through a spread that moves from mezze to dessert. Cold plates take in muhammara, humus, çoban salatası, barbunya pilaki, cacık and kısır. Mains cover red lentil soup, İzmir köfte, fried chicken liver, grilled bonito, lamb leg confit on rice with lamb liver and sultanas, and cabbage mücver. A live station turns out Adana kebab, ground lamb on a skewer with grilled tomatoes and onions, served on bulgur pilaf. Dessert brings baklava, oven-baked rice pudding, pumpkin confit with walnuts and kazandibi.

The Turkish dishes sit inside the wider buffet

The Line keeps its standing counters going alongside the Turkish section. The dinner menu also carries a seafood bar with Boston lobster, snow crab, sea prawn, blue mussel, white clam and sea conch. The restaurant runs nine live stations in all, and the kitchen covers Middle Eastern, Indian, Western, Peranakan and Asian cooking.

Prices, sittings and the 17 November end date

Lunch runs 12pm to 2.30pm at S$68++ per adult and S$34++ per child aged 6 to 11. Dinner runs 6pm to 9.30pm at S$98++ per adult and S$49++ per child in the same age band. Both carry a 10 per cent service charge and prevailing government taxes on top. The last day is 17 November 2026, and the hotel lists the buffet as running Monday to Sunday across the whole window. Dishes are on rotation and can change without prior notice.

The weekday discount and the prize draw

Shangri-La Circle members take 40 per cent off the adult buffet price at lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, and joining the programme costs nothing. The offer page adds that terms and conditions apply to the discounted rate. Every paying adult also enters a draw for two Turkish Airlines return tickets and a two-night stay at Shangri-La Istanbul.

What a child costs depends on the booking. The S$34 and S$49 rates for ages 6 to 11 are already half the adult price. Below six, up to two children eat free, but only where a Shangri-La Circle member is staying in the hotel and dining with them. Any further children under six pay half the adult price, and so does any child under 12 brought by a walk-in guest who is not staying in the hotel.

How to book

Bookings go by email to [email protected] or by phone on (65) 6213 4398, and advance reservation is required. A reservation screen for the menu takes a date and a party size, with lunch slots from 12pm and dinner slots from 6pm. No seat count sits behind either sitting, so whether a given date still has room is a question for the dining team rather than something a reader can settle online.

The Line sits in the Tower Wing lower lobby at 22 Orange Grove Road, a casual room where smoking is not permitted. À la carte service runs 12pm to 9.30pm daily, and buffet lunch and dinner keep to the sittings above through the run.
