The Kallang App guide starts with one crucial distinction: anyone can use selected app features as a guest, while The Kallang Kaki is the free in-app membership that unlocks badges, selected rewards and eligibility for The Kallang Pass. The app launched publicly on 13 July 2026 for iOS and Android, with features scheduled to roll out progressively.
Last checked: 15 July 2026. Prices, programmes, menus and opening details can change; confirm the linked official page before travelling, ordering or paying.
Downloading the app does not mean every visit earns a reward. The official FAQ says badges come from eligible activities, merchants, events or facilities and may require attendance, a purchase, a QR check-in or another stated action. Read the specific activity rule before spending.
The Kallang App: guest versus Kaki member
| Feature | Guest use | Kallang Kaki member | Important limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Event and precinct information | Selected features available | Available with personalised access | Feature availability can change |
| Navigation and complimentary Wi-Fi | Announced for app users | Member access includes precinct Wi-Fi 7 benefit | Coverage and device capability affect experience |
| Badges and rewards | No membership rewards | Eligible activities can unlock badges and benefits | Not every visit, venue or purchase qualifies |
| Member invitations and deals | Not included | Selected invitations, event discounts and concession deals | Periodic and subject to individual terms |
| The Kallang Pass | Not eligible | Membership is the exclusive entry route | One annual winner; full mechanics to follow |
Who can register?
Membership is open to people aged 15 and above. Users aged 15 to 17 register with self-declared age and parental consent, and some rewards or promotions may still be restricted to adults. International visitors and non-residents may register, but particular rewards can require Singapore residency, local verification or in-person redemption.
The programme allows one account per person. The FAQ says the app is designed for mobile phones on iOS and Android, not tablets or laptops. The iOS listing currently requires iOS 13 or later; Android users should check the live Google Play compatibility message for their device.
An existing PerfectGym facility account is separate from Kallang Kaki membership, and subscribing to marketing is a separate choice. Do not assume downloading, registering or opting into email performs all three actions.
How badges and rewards actually work
The programme groups activity around sport, entertainment, lifestyle and community. An eligible action may be attending an event, using a facility, checking in with a QR code, buying from a participating merchant or completing a campaign. Some actions may not require a purchase, but the app’s live card determines what counts.
- Open the activity or reward in the app before taking part.
- Read the date, venue, eligibility, quantity and verification method.
- Check whether it needs location access, a QR scan, receipt, booking or purchase.
- Complete the action with the same account and device.
- Keep proof until the badge or benefit appears.
- Contact support promptly if the stated processing window passes.
Location, camera, notification and account permissions may enable useful functions, but they also affect privacy. Review the app’s permission prompts and privacy policy; grant only what you understand and can revisit in phone settings.
The Kallang Pass is eligibility, not a guaranteed reward
The launch announcement calls Kallang Kaki the only gateway to The Kallang Pass. The planned prize is year-long access for two to events at the National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium for one winner. More details are still to follow, including entry actions, eligibility dates, exclusions, transferability and what happens when events impose age or ticketing restrictions.
Joining early may make someone eligible for future mechanics; it does not guarantee an entry, a higher chance or the prize. Wait for the published terms before changing spending or attendance solely to pursue it.
Current launch perks—and their expiry dates
- Singapore Tennis Open discount: the launch release advertises an additional 10% on eligible tickets through 27 July 2026. The event page states exclusions and an exact cut-off; check before purchase.
- Concession deals: periodic member-only offers may appear at National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium stands; no permanent percentage is promised.
- Shared fitness experiences: selected gym, swim and kayak benefits can let a member bring a friend, subject to the specific facility terms.
- Digital content: event sticker packs, a past-event media gallery and custom fan-message features are planned or rolling out.
- Wi-Fi 7: the precinct promotes higher-bandwidth member access, but a compatible device is needed to realise Wi-Fi 7 performance.
The tennis offer is time-sensitive and should be removed or clearly marked expired after 27 July. Readers can pair the app with Little Big Red Dot’s Singapore stadium events guide and Kallang Wave Mall deals, while checking each promoter’s final terms.

Primary sources and reporting note
Launch date, Wi-Fi, navigation, member benefits, progressive rollout and The Kallang Pass description were checked against The Kallang Group’s 13 July 2026 announcement. Age, guest access, one-account rule, international eligibility, badge mechanics, support details and device limitations were checked against the live Kallang Kaki FAQ. Little Big Red Dot did not receive compensation or test every venue workflow, and does not describe a reward as earned until its specific conditions are met.
