Seven new preschools are due to open in Singapore by the end of 2026, and 20 more in 2027, on the Early Childhood Development Agency’s upcoming preschools list, updated to 30 September. All seven of this year’s centres, and five of next year’s, are already taking registrations.

Every opening date is a quarter, not a day, and ECDA flags that the timelines can shift with construction delays. For a family planning around a return to work, that makes a centre opening “Q1” a likely start, not a fixed one.
Opening in the last quarter of 2026
All seven have a named operator, and all are open for registration.
- My First Skool, Blk 936 Yishun Central (Yishun Beacon)
- E-Bridge Pre-school, 82 Punggol Way, #03-27 to #03-37, Punggol Digital District
- PCF Sparkletots @ Tengah, Blk 135 Tengah Garden Avenue
- MY World Preschool, Blk 214A Tampines Road, #02-132
- PCF Sparkletots @ Geylang Serai, Blk 182B Hougang Street 13
- MY World Preschool, Blk 400 Tampines Street 41
- PCF Sparkletots, Blk 899A Tampines Street 81, an extension of its Tampines West centre at Blk 890A
Opening in 2027
Ten centres are due in the first quarter. Five of them are taking registrations now:
- My First Skool, Blk 152 Towner Road
- My First Skool, Blk 216D and 217A Tengah Garden Avenue
- PCF Sparkletots @ Tampines Boulevard, Blk 634A and 633B Tampines North Drive 2
- E-Bridge Pre-school extension at Tampines GreenSpring, Blk 859D Tampines Walk
- PCF Sparkletots @ Sembawang Central, 3A Canberra View
The other five first-quarter centres are not open for registration yet: Lakeside View on Kang Ching Road, West Hill @ Bukit Batok on Bukit Batok West Avenue 5, Kent Height on Owen Road, a PCF Sparkletots extension at Blk 965D Tampines Street 96, and a Skool4Kidz extension at Tampines GreenGem, also on Tampines Street 96.
The second quarter brings five more, at Parc Meadow in Tengah, Keat Hong Grange on Keat Hong Link, the Punggol Regional Sports Centre on Sentul Crescent, Bedok South Blossoms on Bedok South Avenue 3, and JTC Punggol Digital District. Woodlands South Plains on Woodlands Drive 17 and Queen’s Arc on Queen’s Crescent follow in the third quarter.
The last three are due in the fourth quarter of 2027: PCF Sparkletots at Blk 483 Tampines Street 43 and Blk 868A Tampines Avenue 8, and a centre at Woodgrove Edge on Woodgrove Avenue in Woodlands.
Most of the later 2027 centres are listed by housing project name.
Where the new places are
Tampines has the most. Nine of the 27 centres have Tampines in the address, three this year, including the MY World centre on Tampines Road, and six next year.
Tengah gets three, and Punggol gets three, two of them inside Punggol Digital District and one at the regional sports centre. Families in the north have Yishun this year, then Sembawang and two Woodlands centres in 2027.
Central addresses are fewer: Towner Road near Boon Keng, Owen Road near Farrer Park, and Queen’s Crescent in Queenstown, all in 2027.
How to register
The search runs through LifeSG, on the app or the website. Under the Services tab, “Search for a preschool” brings up the centres, and the upcoming ones marked open for registration can be contacted directly from there.
Living next to a new centre does not move a child up its queue, because home distance does not earn priority for a preschool place.
The operators’ numbers on the list are 6634 9989 for My First Skool, 6244 4600 for PCF Sparkletots, 6336 3322 for E-Bridge at Punggol Digital District and 6839 7688 for MY World.
