Rock climbing day passes in Singapore: Kinetics from S$16.50 and other beginner prices

A first climbing session in Singapore usually starts with a day pass, not a membership. Live rates at the gyms below are the ones to trust; the ActiveSG Circle gym guide from 2022 is useful for which walls suit beginners, but several day-pass prices have moved since then.

What “beginner-friendly” means here

ActiveSG Circle names Kinetics, OYEYO, Ground Up, Boulder Movement, Boulder Planet and BFF Climb among gyms suitable for first visits. Bouldering walls are shorter and use mats instead of ropes; rope climbing adds a harness and belay. Most of the day-pass gyms above rent shoes, and several rent harnesses for the tall walls.

Climb Central’s mall walls at Kallang Wave and Funan price a returning adult single session at S$31.40, with first-timer sets and multipass options beside it. For a first hour, the straight comparison is still the adult day-pass line: Kinetics from S$16.50 off-peak, Lighthouse and Fit Bloc at S$28, Boulder Planet at S$33, Climb Central from S$31.40 at Kallang and Funan, and OYEYO’s coached beginner hour at S$45.
