ActiveSG published its current individual rate card on 25 August 2026, and it settles most of the questions people guess at: what a swim costs, what a court costs at peak, and whether a monthly pass is worth it. Here are the numbers that matter, in Singapore dollars, with the catch on each one.

Pool entry starts at a dollar
At a normal swimming complex, an adult Singapore citizen or PR pays S$1.00 on a weekday and S$1.30 on a weekend or public holiday. A child or senior pays S$0.50 and S$0.60. Everyone else pays the standard rate of S$1.30 on weekdays and S$1.70 at weekends.
Eight complexes charge more because of their features: Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Jurong West, Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Heartbeat@Bedok, Our Tampines Hub and WCH Arena. There an adult citizen pays S$1.50 on a weekday and S$2.00 at weekends, a child or senior S$0.80 and S$1.00, and the standard rate is S$2.00 and S$2.60.
MyActiveSWIM changes the arithmetic completely. It is S$10 a month for an adult, S$5 for a child or senior, and it covers every ActiveSG pool, every day, all opening hours. Ten swims in a month and it has paid for itself. For seniors there is also a yearly option at S$50 for normal pools or S$60 for all of them.
The gym, and the off-peak trick
Gym entry is S$2.50 for an adult citizen or PR and S$3.30 at the standard rate, with students and seniors paying S$1.50. MyActiveGYM is where the saving is, and it comes in two versions that are not equivalent.
The peak pass gives access to every ActiveGYM islandwide, every day, all opening hours: S$30 for one month, S$160 for six, S$300 for twelve for an adult. The off-peak pass is restricted to Monday to Friday from opening until 4pm, excluding public holidays, and costs S$15 for one month, S$40 for six and S$80 for twelve. The saving is not a flat discount, and it is worth doing the arithmetic before committing. On the monthly pass off-peak is exactly half the peak price, but on the longer terms the gap widens: six months off-peak is S$40 against S$160, and twelve months is S$80 against S$300. Students and seniors pay S$18, S$95 and S$180 on the peak pass, and S$9, S$40 and S$40 off-peak, so for them the six-month and twelve-month off-peak passes cost the same.

Courts, and when peak actually is
Peak hours are 6pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday, and 7am to 10pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Non-peak is 7am to 6pm on weekdays only. That definition matters more than the headline rate, because the gap between the two columns is wide.
Badminton is S$3.50 an hour per court off-peak and S$7.40 at peak for a citizen or PR, or S$4.60 and S$9.70 at the standard rate. Tennis is S$3.50 and S$9.50, table tennis S$1.50 and S$3.20 per table. A basketball, netball or futsal court is S$15 off-peak and S$30 at peak. Hockey pitches are the exception, flat at S$50 an hour whatever the hour. A badminton court booked every Tuesday at 8pm for a month costs S$29.60; the same four sessions at 4pm cost S$14.
The booking quotas are worth knowing before you plan a season. Badminton, basketball, netball, squash, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, hockey, floorball, gateball, handball, lawn bowl, petanque, pickleball and sepak takraw allow two slots per day per user, regardless of timing. Soccer and futsal allow two slots per month per user, so a weekly game needs forward planning rather than a same-week scramble.
Who counts as what

The concession bands are precise. Adult means 18 and above and below 55. Child means below 18. Senior citizen means 55 and above. Student means 12 and above and below 18, so a 19-year-old undergraduate pays the adult rate. There is also a senior citizen family concession, which lets immediate family members accompanying a senior pay concession rates on courts from Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm, at swimming complexes between 8am and 9.30pm, and at gyms between 7am and 4pm.
All of these figures were read off the ActiveSG individual rates page, which carries a last-updated date of 25 August 2026. Rates change, so check the page before you buy a twelve-month pass rather than relying on this list.
