Singapore’s first Certificate of Entitlement open bidding exercise for September 2026 opens at 12 noon on Monday, 7 September, and closes at 4pm on Wednesday, 9 September.
OneMotoring lists the quotas for this exercise as 1,195 in Category A, 934 in Category B, 310 in Category C, 514 in Category D and 300 in Category E. The same page still shows the August 2026 second exercise, which ended at 4pm on 19 August, as the latest published result: Category A at $128,501, Category B at $131,001, Category C at $90,002, Category D at $11,301 and Category E at $135,000.

Quotas for this window
Before noon on 7 September, OneMotoring already posts the category quotas for the exercise that is about to open. Category A is 1,195. Category B is 934. Category C is 310. Category D is 514. Category E is 300.
Those numbers sit against the August to October 2026 quota sheet LTA published earlier. Unused certificates from prior rounds can lift a single exercise above the plain monthly split.

What the last round paid
On the 19 August results table, Category A had a quota of 1,197 and a quota premium of $128,501, with a September prevailing quota premium of $126,208. Category B quota was 936 at $131,001, with a September PQP of $128,697. Category C closed at $90,002. Category D closed at $11,301. Category E closed at $135,000.
Bids received that round were 1,600 in Category A, 1,316 in Category B, 446 in Category C, 686 in Category D and 467 in Category E. Successful bids were 1,193, 930, 294, 501 and 239 respectively. Renewals pay the PQP, not the latest quota premium.

How to bid once the window opens
Individuals bid through DBS or POSB ATMs. Corporate accounts bid through DBS, UOB or Maybank internet banking. The bid deposit is $10,000 for Categories A, B, C and E, and $1,500 for Category D under the current motorcycle rules. Banks charge their own administration fee on each submission or revision.
During the exercise, bidders can check or raise a reserve price through OneMotoring’s Enquire/Revise COE Bid service with Singpass, or through the bank channels. The system steps bids up by $1 until the reserve price. Successful bidders in a category pay the same quota premium.
LTA’s 2026 schedule also lists the second September exercise as opening at 12 noon on 21 September and closing at 4pm on 23 September. Live current COE prices appear on OneMotoring once bidding is open; final premiums post after 4pm on 9 September.
