Cloudmills is open at 1 Claymore Drive, a takeaway bakery from Cloud Restaurant Group, the operator named on Cloudfields’ own site, checked 29 August 2026.
Bakes are listed from S$2.20 to S$7.20. Last orders are at 7pm, or whenever the counter sells out. Hours are daily, 11am to 7.30pm. Walk-ins only.
The shop is at #01-01, on the Claymore Road side of the building, about 500 metres from Orchard MRT Exit 1. Ten al fresco seats are listed. This is still a counter, not a cafe lunch.
Cloudmills does not publish a website. Item prices below appeared on 26 August and still match across independent files, checked 29 August.
The counter is built on five doughs: doughnut, sankaku shio pan, madeleine, laminated pastry and shokupan. More than 25 sweet and savoury items are listed daily. Genevieve Lee, MasterChef Singapore season 1 runner-up and the name behind Sourbombe and Shio & Sato, was engaged as bakery consultant.
The Unagi Moon is S$7.20: a triangular seeded shio pan with tamagoyaki, unagi finished on a binchotan grill, soy-marinated egg yolk and shichimi. The Banh Mi is S$6.90, same shio pan format, with lemongrass pork belly, chicken liver pâté, pickles and garlic mayo. Both proteins are grilled to order.
On the sweet side, the Mango Mochi doughnut is S$6.90, an oval nama doughnut in mochi skin with mango cubes and mascarpone. Kombu-chan, a savoury madeleine with kombu cream cheese, is S$3.50.
What is not on a public page yet: a drinks list, and AO, the Japanese-inspired sharing-plates room behind the bakery, slated for September with no date.
If you already have an Orchard sit-down in mind, MUKAI is in Plaza Singapura and Chi Spacca is in Hilton Orchard. Cloudmills is the takeaway stop on Claymore.
