Singapore Coffee Week returns for its third edition from 5 to 8 November, filling Hall C on Level 1 of Sands Expo and Convention Centre from 10am to 8pm daily. Entry is free and you can simply walk in. Before the doors open, public voting for the Singapore People’s Choice Café Award of the Year 2026 starts tomorrow, 1 November, at 10am.

The event is run by the Singapore Coffee Association, the trade body for the local coffee industry. Its members span coffee traders, roasters, café owners, equipment suppliers and baristas.

How the café vote works

Café entries closed on 20 October, and approved cafés sit on the Singapore Café Map and the official voting platform. Each person gets one ballot tied to a verified Singapore mobile number and can pick up to three different café brands, with each pick counting as one equal vote.

  • Online voting runs from 1 November, 10am, to 8 November, 6pm.
  • Onsite voting at Sands Expo runs from 10am to 8pm on 5 to 7 November, and from 10am to 6pm on 8 November.
  • Cafés are not allowed to offer payments, gifts or discounts in exchange for votes.

The café with the highest verified total is named the Singapore People’s Choice Café Winner of the Year 2026 and gets a trophy, a certificate, a digital badge and a free individual booth at the 2027 edition. The rest of the top ten receive a trophy or certificate and a counter in a shared café pavilion next year.

What you can do in Hall C

The Bean Discovery Bar gathers beans from different roasters in one spot, so it suits anyone hunting for a new bag to brew at home. An interactive coffee map traces how coffee spread around the world and how Singapore built its own coffee habits, with trivia along the way.

Sip and Stamp is a coffee discovery trail, and finishing selected activities earns a turn at Spin and Win for coffee goodies and merchandise. There is also a Golden Bean Hunt for 24K golden beans worth S$10,000 in total. Collect any eight stickers on the pre-event Café Hopping Adventure and you receive a location hint for the hunt.
