For one night only, 11Westside is turning its open kitchen into a live culinary battleground. On 14 September, two Game of Flame alumni go head-to-head at Westside Showdown, an intimate cook-off for just 40 guests inside the restaurant at Asia Square Tower 1.
The showdown
Chef Yong Soo Do and Malaysian chef Toraik Chua, better known as Chef TC, will battle it out, with internationally celebrated Chef Alvin Leung joining as special guest judge. Both chefs have already faced the pressure of competitive cooking as former contestants on the international reality series Game of Flame, and their Singapore reunion brings that dynamic into a far more intimate setting, with guests watching the action unfold from preparation to plating.
What is on the menu
The evening features a specially curated three-course tasting menu with optional wine pairing, interactive games and prizes, before the final judging and winner announcement. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive dessert by Chef Domenico Giammarella, chef-owner of MIMMO Bakery. Beyond the competition, the event offers a rare look behind the pass at the instinct and creativity usually hidden inside a professional kitchen.

Westside Showdown: Chef Yong Soo Do vs Chef TC takes place on Monday, 14 September 2026 from 6.30pm to 10pm at 11Westside, Asia Square Tower 1. Tickets are $188 per person, or $168 early bird, with capacity capped at 40 guests. It also marks the start of a refreshed menu and a calendar of chef collaborations at the venue.
