The vivo X300 M1 deal can start at S$0 upfront, but that does not mean the phone or mobile service costs S$0. M1’s public price page currently displays plan-based monthly figures and handset discounts for the X300, X300 Pro and X300 Ultra. Your real cost depends on the plan, device-payment period, add-ons, Family Plan lines and any early termination charge.
A joint vivo/M1 media notice supplied to Little Big Red Dot also describes a complimentary vivo Y11 5G for qualifying X300 Series purchases with an eligible Family Plan through 31 July 2026, while stocks last. That bundle was not reproduced in full on M1’s public vivo price page when we checked. Do not rely on the second phone until M1 shows it in your written order summary.
What M1 publicly displays now
| Model | Public M1 display on 15 July | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| vivo X300 | S$220 off; “with plan S$0 upfront” and S$58.95/month displayed | Whether that figure includes both service and device for your configuration |
| vivo X300 Pro | S$250 off; “with plan S$0 upfront” and S$66.95/month displayed | Plan allowance, device term and total payable |
| vivo X300 Ultra | S$100 off; “with plan S$0 upfront” and S$95.95/month displayed | The public page also lists a Watch GT2 gift, subject to its own stock and terms |
These figures are snapshots from M1’s official handset-price page, not a personalised quote. M1 can change availability and promotional terms. Login, recontract status, data selection and payment period may alter what you see.
What “S$0 upfront” actually means
S$0 upfront shifts payment away from checkout; it does not erase the bill. M1 describes Bespoke Contract as a two-year plan and Bespoke Flexi as a device instalment arrangement with a selectable 12- to 36-month period. The safest comparison is a written total, not the smallest number in an advertisement.
Total-cost worksheet:
- Upfront device payment
- plus every monthly service charge over the committed period
- plus every monthly handset instalment
- plus Family Plan line charges and add-ons
- plus activation, SIM, delivery or other one-time fees
- minus confirmed discounts or bill credits
Ask M1 to fill those amounts into one quote. If a Family Plan is required only to obtain the Y11, compare the added Family Plan cost over its whole commitment with the value you personally place on that phone. A “free” device can be poor value if it triggers recurring charges you did not need.
How the reported second-phone bundle works
The joint media notice says the bundle is for new or existing M1 customers buying an eligible X300, X300 Pro or X300 Ultra on a qualifying Bespoke Contract or Flexi arrangement together with an eligible Family Plan. It describes a vivo Y11 5G, advertised at S$279, while stocks last through 31 July 2026.
Because the public M1 price page did not show the bundle’s full terms at our check, confirm all of the following before signing:
- The exact X300 model and storage capacity that qualifies.
- The minimum main-line plan and whether recontract customers are eligible.
- The Family Plan’s monthly charge, minimum lines and commitment.
- Whether the Y11 is in stock at that store and recorded on your order.
- Whether another public gift or discount is replaced when you take this bundle.
- Any early termination or remaining-device-balance consequences.
What phone is the vivo Y11 5G?
The official Singapore specification page lists 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, a 6,500mAh typical battery, 15W charging, a 6.74-inch 120Hz HD+ LCD, 13MP main camera, 5G and IP65 splash/dust resistance. That corrects the earlier version of this article, which stated IP64.
It is an entry-level companion phone, not another X300-class flagship. Do not value it at the advertised price automatically: compare its storage, camera, screen resolution, charging speed and software needs with other low-cost phones you would actually buy.
Which X300 model should you compare?
| Model | Official highlight | Buying question |
|---|---|---|
| X300 | 200MP main camera, Dimensity 9500, 6,040mAh battery, 90W wired and 40W wireless charging | Do you need Pro/Ultra camera hardware enough to justify the higher total? |
| X300 Pro | Telephoto-led flagship positioning and larger form factor | Compare actual storage, warranty and final monthly bill, not the model name alone. |
| X300 Ultra | 200MP documentary and telephoto cameras, 6,600mAh battery, 100W wired charging | Will you use the advanced camera system, or is the public Ultra gift driving the choice? |

In-store decision checklist
- Request the cash retail price and the plan price for the same storage capacity.
- Get one written total covering device, service, Family Plan, add-ons and fees.
- Confirm the commitment period and early-exit amount.
- Check whether discounts, Y11, Watch GT2 or other gifts can be combined.
- Photograph or save the promotion terms shown at purchase.
- Do not sign based only on “S$0 upfront” or the gift’s advertised value.
Reporting note, sources and corrections
Last checked: 15 July 2026. Public prices and current gifts were checked on M1’s official price page; plan structure was checked against M1’s mobile-plan explainer; device specifications were checked on vivo Singapore’s official product pages. The Y11/Family Plan bundle details come from a joint vivo/M1 media notice supplied to Little Big Red Dot, not a complete public terms page. We have therefore labelled the offer as requiring written point-of-sale confirmation. Little Big Red Dot has no stated commercial relationship with M1 or vivo in this update.
