TransNusa has moved all Singapore flight operations to Changi Airport Terminal 4 from Monday 1 September 2026.
The Indonesian carrier said in a statement issued in Jakarta on 31 August that every TransNusa arrival and departure at Changi now uses T4, and asked passengers to check the terminal on their booking before leaving for the airport.
If you are flying TransNusa to Jakarta or Bali this week, check-in is at Terminal 4. That is the operational fact the booking confirmation has to match.
What changes at Changi
From 1 September, the whole TransNusa Singapore operation sits in Terminal 4. Group CEO Datuk Bernard Francis said the airline wants the airport experience to keep pace with its international network, and pointed to T4’s automated check-in, automated bag drop, biometric immigration and automated boarding.
Changi’s Terminal 4 guide lists the same self-service steps for departures, plus dining and retail before the gates. T4 connects to the other terminals on the free Skytrain and to the city by MRT, bus and taxi.
Jakarta and Bali from Changi
TransNusa’s Singapore map is short-haul Indonesia. The airline flies Singapore to Jakarta (CGK) and Singapore to Denpasar, Bali (DPS) on Airbus A320 aircraft configured with 174 seats.
After earlier 2026 frequency lifts, the Jakarta lane runs three times daily and Bali runs twice daily. The SIN–CGK block time is about 1 hour 45 minutes on TransNusa’s Singapore route page. International product bundles are labelled SEAT, SEAT-PLUS and FLEXI-PRO, with checked-bag weights published by the airline for each tier.
What to check before you leave
Open the booking confirmation and read the terminal line. Calendar reminders and third-party itineraries can lag behind an airline terminal move.
Allow the usual Changi buffer for international departures, then add time if you have not used T4’s self-service flow before. Bags, seats and meals still depend on the fare bundle you bought. The terminal change does not rewrite those inclusions.
Indonesia entry from Singapore
Singapore passport holders may enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism under the A1 exemption, according to MFA Singapore’s Indonesia page. That visa-free stay cannot be extended.
Air and sea arrivals still need the All Indonesia digital arrival card within 72 hours before landing, filed at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. The terminal move at Changi does not change that form.
