2. Spring 2027 is an announced target, not a guaranteed reservation
The brand’s official Singapore announcement described a 326-room opening planned for spring 2027. “Spring” is not a Singapore hotel booking date. Construction, licensing, systems migration and operational readiness can alter a launch schedule. A traveller organising a wedding, conference or fixed-date holiday should therefore require a dated contract or direct room confirmation rather than rely on the seasonal target.
3. The address is still in an operating transition
IHG continues to list Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre at 11 Cavenagh Road. That is a practical warning against assuming an immediate conversion. It does not tell us the handover date, nor does it establish that a Holiday Inn reservation will transfer to The Hari. The booking brand, hotel name, confirmation number and cancellation conditions on the traveller’s paperwork remain controlling.

Plan the location now if you only need to understand the neighbourhood.
