Is the Tajimaya SG61 buffet still available?
No. The $61++ flash buffet was a four-day National Day window from 3 to 6 August 2026, down from the usual $69.90++. It is not listed on Tajimaya’s promotions page now, so the Premium Wagyu Buffet has reverted to its regular $69.90++ price.
What did the buffet include?
The format has not changed even though the SG61 pricing has. You still grill everything yourself over Tajimaya’s Japanese charcoal at your own table.
- Premium wagyu and Kurobuta pork belly, sliced thin for the charcoal grill
- Teriyaki chicken thigh and a rotation of marinated cuts
- Seafood and sashimi to balance out all that grilled meat
- Garlic shoyu fried rice and truffle tonkotsu ramen from the buffet counter
What happened to the SG61 Prestige Miyazaki Set?
It also ended, on 15 August 2026. The $61 set built around A5 Miyazaki striploin and Australian wagyu short ribs is no longer listed on Tajimaya’s promotions page, and no like-for-like replacement set has taken its place as of 26 August.
What is Tajimaya actually running now?
Two promotions are live on Tajimaya’s own site: a 90-minute beverage buffet add-on, available with purchase of the Premium Wagyu Buffet, and a BYOB promotion. Neither carries a published end date on the site, so treat them as standing offers rather than a flash deal, and confirm current terms before booking.
