SKAI Bar Launches SOLLA SYSTEM, a Horoscope-Inspired Cocktail Menu

Rooftop favourite SKAI Bar is turning to the stars for its next act. From 1 August 2026, the SKAI Bar SOLLA SYSTEM menu invites guests to sip their way through the zodiac, with a new cocktail collection built around the personalities of the twelve horoscope signs. It also marks the debut of acclaimed Korean mixologist Solla Hyun Jung Park as the bar’s new Head Mixologist.

Perched on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, SKAI has long been a go-to for skyline views and considered drinks. SOLLA SYSTEM leans into that sense of occasion, pairing each star sign with a bespoke serve that blends Korean influences, Singaporean flavours and house-made ingredients.

Twelve signs, twelve cocktails

At the heart of the menu are twelve horoscope-inspired cocktails, each reimagining a classic serve through the lens of its zodiac sign. Interactive illustrated menu cards let guests discover a drink either by their star sign or by flavour preference, so there is a route in whether or not you know your rising sign.

The line-up runs from bold and spirit-forward to bright and refreshing, with serves like the Jalapeno Cantarito bringing a fiery kick and the Velvet Yuzu offering something silkier and more citrus-led.

A local accent

What gives SOLLA SYSTEM its sense of place is the Singaporean thread running through it. A Pandan Sling nods to the hawker-stall classic, while a Kopi O Kosong-inspired serve channels the city’s kopi culture into a glass, proof that a horoscope menu can still taste distinctly of home.

Non-drinkers are not an afterthought either. Four zero-proof cocktails, inspired by the elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water, are made with the same craft as the signature list, so the designated driver need not settle for a soft drink.

Solla Hyun Jung Park joins SKAI Bar from Jigger & Pony, following a stint at Le Chamber in Seoul. She brings more than seven years behind the bar and a strong competition record, including Champion of the Giffard West Cup Asia and a Singapore National title. SOLLA SYSTEM is her first full menu for the rooftop, and an early signal of the direction she intends to take it.

SOLLA SYSTEM launches at SKAI Bar on 1 August 2026. If you are mapping out a night on the town, browse more of our Singapore coffee and drinks coverage or catch up on the latest at the Singapore National Coffee Championship 2026.
