Where the Best Value Sits
Within Southeast Asia, Kuala Lumpur leads at $158 return economy, with Penang from $208 and Bali from $298. North Asia fares are a step up but still reasonable: Hong Kong from $358, Hangzhou from $398 and Taipei from $428.
