Sheng Siong’s monthly promotion runs to 3 September 2026, with CJ Bibigo Whole Shrimp Mandu (390g) buy-1-free-1 at S$6.95 and Softess Premium Bathroom Tissue (20 rolls x 230 sheets) at S$8.95 against S$15.90 when shoppers spend S$20 in the same transaction.
The Softess line is 43 per cent off the usual price under the purchase-with-purchase block. Homeniks Premium Liquid Detergent (3kg, assorted) is S$6.95 against S$12.80 on the same S$20 spend rule, or 45 per cent off. Purchase-with-purchase is limited to three per customer per transaction. Cigarettes, liquor, Sheng Siong vouchers and infant milk powder stages 1 and 2 are excluded.
Frozen buy-1-free-1
Beside the Bibigo mandu, St. Andrews Frozen Cooked Whole Mussels (500g) is buy-1-free-1 at S$8.99. Those two frozen lines do not need the S$20 spend. Stocks are while stocks last, and traders are barred.
Carton, rice and milk
Coca-Cola Original Less Sugar (24 x 320ml) is S$13.15 a carton. Paddyking Tri-Colour Wholegrain Rice (2.5kg) is S$8.80. Magnolia Fresh Milk (946ml) is two for S$6.55. Fruit prices dated 21 to 27 August only are already closed. A separate senior citizen discount of 4 per cent remains available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through 31 December 2026.
