Shake Shack’s white truffle menu is back at its Singapore shacks, and this year the beef and mushroom burgers have company. The burger chain has added a white truffle chicken burger to the line-up, which runs while stocks last.

What is on the white truffle menu
Every item uses a white truffle sauce made with real white truffle, and all the burgers come on a toasted potato bun.
- White Truffle Burger: a quarter-pound Angus beef patty with emmental, white truffle sauce and crispy onions, as a single or double
- White Truffle ‘Shroom: a crisp-fried portobello filled with Monterey Jack, Tilsiter and Colby cheeses, over shredded lettuce
- White Truffle Chicken: hand-breaded crispy chicken breast or thigh over the truffle sauce and arugula, with pickled shallot
- White Truffle Fries: crinkle-cut fries dusted with grated parmesan, with the truffle sauce on the side
HungryGoWhere puts the beef burger at S$14.20 for a single patty, the chicken burger at S$12.20 and the fries at S$8.90.

A new season, and a new burger
The menu first reached Singapore in April 2024, a year after Shake Shack launched white truffle in the US, HungryGoWhere reports. Earlier runs came in spring. This one moves to October, in step with the Italian white truffle season, and the chicken burger is the first new item since the original trio.
The White Truffle Table on 7 November
Shake Shack is also hosting a one-night tasting, The White Truffle Table, at its VivoCity shack on 7 November from 6.30pm. The evening adds freshly shaved white truffle at the table and complimentary wine. HungryGoWhere reports that tickets had sold out by the time it published.

Holiday custard alongside
The truffle line-up shares the counter with Shake Shack’s holiday series. This year’s festive frozen custard flavour is mint chocolate fudge, served in the Minter Wonderland cup with whipped cream, chocolate pearls, feuilletine, fudge sauce and a gingerbread man cookie, from S$8.40 for a single. There is also a hazelnut chocolate crunch shake at S$10.60, built on vanilla frozen custard with salted chocolate hazelnut paste and toasted hazelnuts.
