DBS lists a Seasonal Tastes offer at The Westin Singapore with 1-for-1 buffet dinner from Monday to Sunday until 15 May 2026. The same DBS page lists 50% off buffet lunch for every second diner during that first period.
Seafood Dinner Buffet Spread
Seasonal Tastes’ official menu page lists the current Seafood Dinner Buffet as available from now till 17 May 2026, 6pm to 10pm. The listed price is S$128++ per adult and S$55++ per child aged 4 to 12, before any card promotion is applied.
The menu highlights include Baked Oyster Rockefeller, seafood on ice with Canadian lobsters, Canadian snow crabs, sustainable prawns, black mussels, white clams and blue swimmer crab. The carving station lists roasted beef striploin with beef jus, sustainable farm baked miso whole salmon and roasted leg of lamb with natural jus.

The official menu also lists assorted sashimi and sushi, salad, DIY rojak, charcuterie and cheese, appetisers, rotating Western soup, a live pasta station, live grilled station, pizza of the day, live local noodle station and Singapore laksa.
Asian items are listed on rotation, including slipper lobster with chilli crab sauce and mantou, braised ee fu noodle with crab meat and truffle oil, wok-fried black pepper flower crab, Nanas Assam Pedas mixed seafood, crispy tempura prawn with wasabi mayo and salted egg prawn. The dessert section lists cakes, chocolate raclette, fruits, traditional kueh, bread pudding, gelato, sorbet and rotating local sweet soups.

The DBS offer is for adults aged 13 and above. DBS states that advance reservation is required, with a maximum of 10 pax per reservation. Payment must be made with a valid DBS/POSB credit or debit card.
