Sansok has opened at Hougang Mall #03-09A with Korean hansang sets from S$12.90, led by Culinary Class Wars chef Min Yohan and his mother. The unit is at 90 Hougang Avenue 10, beside Hougang MRT, and follows his earlier Bibimdeli concept.
The charcoal-grilled mains set starts at S$12.90 and comes with a grilled protein, daily soup, four banchan and sotbap rice in a metal pot. The jjigae set starts at S$14.90 with a choice of soup, four banchan and sotbap. Dinner spreads list six banchan instead of four on the same set formats.
Published mains on the opening menu include salt-cured mackerel from S$12.90, spicy jeyuk pork from S$13.90, and smoked beef bulgogi or tteokgalbi with king oyster mushroom from S$15.90. A free-flow banchan chiller sits in the dining room for the rotational daily sides that come with the sets.
Through 31 October 2026, any main unlocks free-flow drinks and DIY bingsu for S$1 per person, against a usual S$2 add-on. The drinks list includes barley tea and sikhye; the bingsu counter adds toppings such as red bean and roasted peanuts.
Sansok is not listed as MUIS-certified. Opening hours published with the launch start from 11.30am daily at Hougang Mall #03-09A.
