Campari is painting the town red once more. Negroni Week 2026 returns to Singapore from 21 to 27 September, bringing together more than 55 bars and restaurants across the island for a week-long celebration of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
Now in its 14th global edition, Negroni Week is a partnership between Campari and Imbibe Magazine, with participating venues raising a glass in support of charitable partner Slow Food.
A opening night at Milli Lounge
The festivities kick off on 21 September at Milli Lounge, National Gallery Singapore, with a one-night-only guest shift by Jakarta’s acclaimed Hats Bar from 7.30pm to 11.30pm. Recognised as “One to Watch” on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, the team brings its signature narrative-driven approach with a trio of exclusive Campari cocktails.
The evening also sees the unveiling of the Campari Red Hands 2026 finalists, the annual international bartending competition that showcases the world’s most creative Campari-inspired cocktails.
55+ venues, one iconic cocktail
From 21 to 27 September, more than 55 participating venues across Singapore will serve their own limited-time takes on the classic Negroni, available exclusively during Campari’s Negroni Week. It’s the perfect excuse to explore a new neighbourhood bar or revisit an old favourite, with each venue putting its own spin on the equal-parts blend of gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
First created in Florence more than a century ago, the Negroni’s bittersweet balance and striking red hue have made it a bartender’s favourite the world over. Negroni Week turns that love into a week-long, city-wide toast.
How to take part
