Crystal Jade Step-Up Challenge 2026 Unlocks Up To 30% Off A La Carte Food Bills

Crystal Jade’s Step-Up Challenge is built for Jadeite members who can use multiple weekday dine-in visits before the phase reset.

The important detail is sequence: the 30% e-voucher is not instant. Members need to redeem the two 10% e-vouchers first, then the 20% e-voucher, before the 30% reward unlocks.

How To Use It

1. Sign in or sign up for Crystal Jade Jadeite membership through the Crystal Jade SG mobile app
2. Redeem 2 x 10% off a la carte food bill e-vouchers to unlock 1 x 20% off e-voucher
3. Redeem the 20% off e-voucher to unlock 1 x 30% off e-voucher
4. Redeem the 30% off e-voucher to complete the challenge before the phase expires

Spend, Caps And Exclusions

• E-vouchers must be redeemed in ascending order: 10%, 10%, 20%, then 30%
• Valid for dine-in and a la carte food items only
• Valid from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays
• No minimum spend is stated on the official page
• Redemption is limited to one e-voucher per table per bill
• Bills cannot be combined or split; for multiple table bookings, only one e-voucher from the same membership account can be applied
• Unused Phase 1 Step-Up Challenge e-vouchers expire when the challenge resets on 1 July 2026
• Not valid with set menus, other promotions, discounts or discount vouchers unless otherwise stated
• Earning and redemption of Crystal Jade Jadeite cashback is not permitted when an e-voucher is applied

When The Reward Arrives

• The relevant e-voucher discount is applied to the dine-in a la carte food bill when redeemed in sequence
• A new set of e-vouchers is issued for Phase 2 after the 1 July reset
