HDB households can now put their Climate Vouchers towards a clothes dryer or an induction stove, the two product types added to the scheme on 15 April 2026. The Climate Friendly Households Programme, run by NEA and PUB, gives each eligible household S$400 in vouchers, and the vouchers are valid until 31 December 2027.
The S$400 comes as two sets. HDB households could claim S$300 from 15 April 2024, then an extra S$100 from 15 April 2025, when the programme also opened to Singapore Citizens living in private homes. Households can claim both sets now.

The 12 products you can use them on
Each item has to meet a minimum efficiency rating, shown as ticks on the energy or water label in the shop:
- Air-conditioners with 5 ticks
- Clothes dryers with 5 ticks (new from April 2026)
- DC fans
- Induction stoves (new from April 2026)
- LED lights with 2 ticks or more
- Refrigerators with 3 ticks or more
- Water heaters with 5 ticks
- Washing machines with 4 ticks
- Basin taps, sink and bib taps, shower fittings and water closets with 3 ticks
The vouchers offset the upfront price at the till, so they can be split across several items or put towards one big appliance such as an aircon, fridge or washer.

Who gets them
You qualify if you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident registered and living in an HDB flat, or a Singapore Citizen registered and living in a private home. PRs in private property are not covered.
It is one set per address, not per family. Several families or tenants sharing one registered address share a single S$300 set and a single S$100 set. An owner who is not registered at the flat cannot claim for it.
The vouchers follow your registered address at the time of the claim. Anyone who has moved recently should update the address with ICA first, or the vouchers will go to the old home.
How to claim and spend them
One person per household claims at go.gov.sg/cv-claim with Singpass, choosing the S$100 or S$300 campaign, then repeating the steps for the other. An SMS from gov.sg arrives with a unique voucher link, which can be forwarded to the rest of the household. Links from the scheme begin with https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg/, and NEA warns residents not to tap similar-looking links in unsolicited messages.
At a participating shop, show proof of address, tap the denominations you want to spend and show the QR code at the cashier. To combine both sets, select the vouchers from each campaign one at a time. Residents without a smartphone can ask for printed vouchers through a request form, and the NEA hotline is 6225 5632.

Getting rid of the old one
Under the Resource Sustainability Act, the retailer delivering a new air-conditioner, refrigerator or washing machine has to take away your old one of the same type for free if you ask. Old LED bulbs go into e-waste collection points rather than the rubbish chute.
The S$300 and S$100 vouchers both expire on 31 December 2027.
