Changi Airport and Jewel have six new or newly highlighted food stops for April-May 2026, spanning Korean comfort food at Terminal 2, a 24-hour transit food court, a short-run Ladurée pop-up in Terminal 3, and two Jewel options for Peranakan food and Korean fried chicken.
The key planning split is public area versus transit area. Kimchi Mama, Pizza Maru, Ladurée, Baba Nyonya and BHC Chicken can work for non-travellers, while Cookhouse by Koufu sits after immigration in Terminal 2 and only works for passengers.
Quick List
- Kimchi Mama – Terminal 2 public area, #03-10
- Pizza Maru – Terminal 2 public area, #03-09
- Cookhouse by Koufu – Terminal 2 transit area, Level 3
- Ladurée Pop-up – Terminal 3 Departure Hall public area, Central Immigration, until 25 May 2026
- Baba Nyonya – Jewel Changi Airport, #05-204
- BHC Chicken – Jewel Changi Airport, #B1-247
Kimchi Mama

Kimchi Mama is the Terminal 2 option for halal-certified Korean home cooking. The menu has more than 50 dishes from S$5.90, with hotstone rice bowls, Korean-style samgyetang, soups, tteokbokki and Korean fried chicken.
The practical draw for groups is the free-flow banchan stand, with side dishes such as kimchi and beansprouts. It is in the public area at Terminal 2, #03-10, and opens from 10.30am to 10pm daily.
Pizza Maru

Pizza Maru sits next door in Terminal 2 public area, #03-09. The Korean pizza chain is known for its green tea well-being dough, made with green tea, flaxseed, chlorella, barley and 12 grains.
The menu is pork-free and lard-free, with pizzas, Korean fried chicken, pasta and other Korean dishes. Opening hours are 10.30am to 10pm daily, so it works for both airport meet-ups and pre-flight meals before heading airside.
Cookhouse By Koufu
Cookhouse by Koufu is the one to note only if you are travelling, because it is in the Terminal 2 transit area on Level 3. It is planned as a 24-hour food court with multiple food and beverage concepts under one roof.
The opening is expected from end-May 2026. For passengers, that means a more flexible late-night or early-morning meal option after immigration, especially if you want local-style food before departure.
Ladurée Pop-up

The Ladurée Pop-up is a short-run dessert stop in the Terminal 3 Departure Hall public area, at Central Immigration. It sells the Parisian brand’s macarons, including classic flavours such as pistachio and chocolate as well as trendier options like matcha.
This is the most time-sensitive item on the list: opening hours are 10am to 10pm daily, but the pop-up runs only until 25 May 2026.
Baba Nyonya
Baba Nyonya is at Jewel Changi Airport, #05-204. The restaurant focuses on Peranakan dishes with a modern presentation, with menu references including buah keluak, rendang, laksa and other Straits Chinese classics.
Opening hours are 10am to 10pm daily. Since it is in Jewel’s public area, it is suitable for non-travellers planning a Changi meal rather than only passengers passing through the airport.
BHC Chicken

BHC Chicken is at Jewel Changi Airport, #B1-247. The Korean fried chicken brand serves fried chicken styles, Korean mains and sides, plus new outlet items such as the BHC Chicken Burger, Crispy King-flavoured chicken and Buldak noodles.
Travellers with a boarding pass can use the Jewel outlet’s Boarding Pass Bundle: a BHC Chicken Burger, Bburinkle Fries, salad and a soft drink for S$14.90. Opening hours are 10am to 10pm daily.
Before You Go
If you are not flying, stick to Jewel and the public-area Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 options. If you are travelling, check whether your chosen outlet is before or after immigration so you do not plan a meal on the wrong side of the terminal.
