Botanico Keeps August Local Plates at The Summerhouse Until 31 August

Botanico at The Summerhouse is still listing its August local plates until 31 August 2026. The estate’s own Let’s Go Local page, checked on Saturday (Aug 29), prices the Kelong Sambal Snapper at S$34++ and the Inka Smoked Wagyu Char Siu at S$64++.

The Summerhouse occupies a conserved 1930s former Royal Air Force bungalow at 3 Park Lane, Seletar Aerospace Park. 1-Group has run the compound since 2016. The operator’s homepage, checked the same day, describes 45,000 sq ft organised around four labels: Grow, Gather, Glow and Getaway, with ten spaces and three dining rooms: Botanico, Wildseed Cafe and Wildseed Bar.

The August plates sit on Botanico’s grill line. The snapper is listed as an Inka-grilled fillet with beurre noisette sambal, fingerling potato and lime garden flowers. The wagyu is listed as MB8 boneless short rib with grilled broccolini, XO and char siu sauce. Both carry the ++. The Botanico page states prices are subject to a 10 per cent service charge and GST.

Botanico.sg, checked the same day, puts dinner last order at 9.30pm, times the Carrello Brunch from 11am to 3pm on What’s On, and from 12pm to 3pm (last order 2.30pm) on the footer and menu PDF. The homepage puts all three rooms on Level 1. Botanico’s footer puts it on Level 2.

The Carrello Brunch is priced on botanico.sg, checked 29 August, at S$60++ a person, minimum two. Free-flow prosecco or wine is S$25++ a person. The Let’s Go Local plates end on 31 August, with no September replacement on that page. The Nonna-Style Pot is described as a weekly rotating pasta with unlimited refills, with no standalone price. Botanico’s What’s On page says the room has relaunched as classic Italian dining. No reopening date is stated.
