How to book an ActiveSG court: peak slots go to ballot 14 days ahead, the rest open 12 days ahead at noon

Peak-hour courts at ActiveSG are not first come, first served. Under ActiveSG’s booking rules for MyActiveSG+, every peak slot goes into a ballot that opens 14 days before the date you want, from 12 midnight, and closes at 11.59pm the same day. Successful ballots are assigned at random. Under ActiveSG’s terms of use, results go out by SMS from 10am the next day, and a successful slot must be paid in full by 11.59pm that day or it goes back into general release.

What counts as peak

Peak hours are 6pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday, and 7am to 10pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Non-peak hours are 7am to 6pm on weekdays. There is no non-peak window at the weekend, so every weekend court between 7am and 10pm starts life in the ballot.

The second round

Non-peak slots, plus any peak slots left unassigned after the ballot, are released 12 days before the date at 12 noon. These go first come, first served, and you can book right up to the slot time.

On the calendar, that works out like this. For a court on Sunday 22 November, the ballot is open today, Sunday 8 November, until 11.59pm. Whatever is left goes on general release at noon on Tuesday 10 November.

How many slots one account can hold

The booking quota sits on the ActiveSG rate card, last updated on 25 August 2026. Badminton, basketball, floorball, gateball, handball, hockey, lawn bowl, netball, petanque, pickleball, sepak takraw, squash, table tennis, tennis and volleyball allow two slots per day per user, whatever the timing. Soccer, including street soccer and 5-a-side and 7-a-side, plus futsal and free-to-play fields, allow two slots per month per user.

Paying

MyActiveSG+ takes PayNow, credit and debit cards, and ActiveSG credits. There is no wallet on the platform and no cash top-ups, because MyCash has been discontinued. SG60 ActiveSG credits expire on 31 December 2026 if you make no paid transaction in 2026; a paid facility booking, programme or pool or gym pass before then extends them to 31 December 2027.

On the day

The sport hall rules are short and strictly worded. Do not walk onto the court before your slot starts, and leave as soon as it ends. Only non-marking shoes are allowed in the hall. A booking cannot be assigned, sublet or resold without ActiveSG’s written consent; if it is, the booking is void, ActiveSG can cancel it without notice and the fee is forfeited. Staff may run onsite checks, so bring your identification document and booking receipt.

Coaching, personal training and league operations are not allowed in ActiveSG facilities without prior written approval, and ActiveSG can stop such activity and void admission without a refund.
