Tanica, the modern Asian restaurant at The Singapore EDITION on Cuscaden Road, has put prices to its first Christmas since opening: a four-course Christmas Eve set dinner at S$165++ per person, and a Christmas Brunch of unlimited small plates from S$128++. Both are taking reservations now.

The restaurant opened in September inside the hotel’s conservatory, a room of palms and green velvet banquettes, with a kitchen that leans on modern Asian flavours. Its regular calendar already runs a three-course weekday set lunch at S$48++, served in 60 minutes with complimentary hotel parking, and a Sunday Table spread from S$98++ with salads, charcuterie, cheeses and pastries. The two Christmas menus are its first festive additions.
The Christmas Eve dinner
The dinner on Thursday, 24 December, opens with a welcome glass of Champagne to toast the season. The first course is a char-grilled rock lobster tart, followed by a confit of Hokkaido scallop. Tea-smoked duck breast is the main course, and the meal closes on a pandan and coconut dessert.
It is a fixed menu rather than a choice of dishes per course, so anyone in your group who avoids shellfish will want to ask the restaurant before booking, since two of the four courses are built on lobster and scallop.

The Christmas Brunch
The brunch, on Friday, 25 December, takes the restaurant’s weekly brunch ritual and serves brunch classics as small plates, brought to the table without limit. Joining those classics, the festive specials are beef striploin, porchetta, roasted fish and truffle mac and cheese.
There are three drinks tiers:
- S$128++ with juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea
- S$198++ with flowing wines, selected cocktails and spirits
- S$228++ with flowing Champagne
What Tanica has not yet published is the seating times for either meal or a price for children, and no parking arrangement has been given for the Christmas meals. Tanica has also not named the Champagne for either Christmas meal; the regular Sunday Table pours Louis Roederer Collection 246 NV, alongside red and white wines and selected cocktails.

Tables are booked through the reserve link on Tanica’s site, by phone on +65 6329 5000, or by email at [email protected]. The restaurant is at 38 Cuscaden Road, and its regular dinner service runs from 6pm to 10pm on Mondays to Thursdays and to 10.30pm from Friday to Sunday.
