What Buyers Should Read From The Round

Cat C had the sharpest dollar move, which matters for businesses replacing vans, lorries and buses. Cat E also rose meaningfully, keeping open-category bidding near the top of the market.

For private-car buyers, Cat A and Cat B moved by smaller amounts but stayed at levels that make guaranteed-COE packages expensive. Ask dealers whether packages assume top-up, rebate or non-guaranteed bidding.
