21 On Rajah at Aloft Singapore Novena is running its Kedai Penang Buffet through 10 September 2026, with weekday lunch still workable at about S$30++ per adult under the Dine 4 Pay 2 deal. The restaurant sits at 1 Jalan Rajah in the East Wing.

The hotel restaurant lists the Penang run from 22 June to 10 September 2026, curated by Penang-born assistant chef de cuisine Jason Ang. The booking page points to live stations and signature plates such as chef’s Penang assam laksa, kam heong mud crab, baked sambal stingray in banana leaf, udang masak lemak nenas, grilled char siew lamb flap, five spice grilled chicken wing and Penang char kuey teow with cockle.
