Victor’s Kitchen has opened a heartlands outlet at Food Alley, 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-532, after its Chinatown Point branch closed. The Toa Payoh counter began trading on Tuesday 6 October. The original Sunshine Plaza restaurant at 91 Bencoolen Street, #01-49, stays open.

Where it sits and when it opens
The new unit is in the Food Alley strip beside Toa Payoh Central, a short walk from Toa Payoh MRT and HDB Hub. The brand site lists Toa Payoh hours as 10.30am to 9pm daily, including public holidays.
Sunshine Plaza keeps Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 10.30am to 8pm, and Friday to Saturday from 10.30am to 9pm. Bencoolen MRT serves that outlet.

Hong Kong chef, two Singapore addresses
The founding Hong Kong chef previously cooked at Victoria Hotel in Hong Kong and opened the Sunshine Plaza shop to serve Hong Kong-style dim sum in a kopitiam setting. Chinatown Point had been the second branch.
Toa Payoh is now the second active address beside Bencoolen. Pickup and delivery orders run through Oddle. Victor’s Kitchen at Food Alley, 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-532, opens 10.30am to 9pm daily.
