Singapore’s original tofu gelato label has just levelled up. TOFU G has opened a new flagship on Level 2 of Mandarin Gallery along Orchard Road, and the brand is calling it its most complete dessert destination yet. Leading the launch is an Earl Grey Hojicha Tofu Gelato available only at this outlet, alongside a full spread of puddings, tiramisu, mochi and live-churned gelato.

An Orchard Road home for house-made tofu desserts
What began as the Republic’s first tofu gelato has grown into a proper dessert house. The new Mandarin Gallery space is designed as a calm retreat in the middle of Orchard’s bustle, drawing on modern hanok architecture with warm wood, soft cream tones and natural textures. It is the kind of quiet, considered room that invites you to slow down over a cup of gelato.

The exclusive: Earl Grey Hojicha gelato
The headline act is the Earl Grey Hojicha gelato ($8), pitched as a three-layer tea experience you can only find at Mandarin Gallery. It opens with the roasted, nutty depth of hojicha, moves through the gentle citrus fragrance of Earl Grey, and finishes with a clean lift of yuzu. It is vegan, made with tofu, and a smart nod to the tea-forward desserts Singaporeans have taken to lately.

Beyond gelato: the full dessert line-up
The flagship brings together TOFU G’s widest menu to date. There is a Tofu Tiramisu built on a silky tofu base with coconut cream and a hint of coffee, offered in Injeolmi, Cocoa and Matcha. The chilled Tofu Pudding, served in the brand’s signature glass jars, comes in Original, Pistachio and Black Sesame. Rounding things off is Korea’s Chewy Butter Mochi, crisp outside and soft within, in Original and Injeolmi.

The signature gelato line-up is here too, spanning Original Tofu, High-Protein Tofu, Vegan Tofu, Black Sesame, Pistachio and Pomegranate, all at $8 a cup. Every creation starts with fresh tofu made in-house from premium non-GMO soybeans, and the gelato is live-churned so each scoop is served at its creamiest.
