Singles of the same flavours are listed at S$6.90 each. The assortment in the box is two Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk, two Osmanthus Oolong, plus one each of Oolong Yuzu, Pandan Osmanthus, Black Sesame Egg Yolk and Caramel Coffee Macadamia.
What you actually pay
S$69.90 for eight is S$8.74 a piece. Buying the same eight as singles at S$6.90 would be S$55.20. The gift box is therefore a packaging and gifting product, not a multi-buy discount on the mooncakes themselves.
If you only want one or two flavours, the single at S$6.90 is the cheaper route. If you need a ready gift with the carrier bag, the box is the SKU Starbucks is selling for that job.
