Satay by the Bay at Gardens by the Bay has only a handful of operating days left. The waterfront hawker closes from Thursday, 1 October 2026 for a refreshed dining strip under the Wetlands by the Bay project, so Wednesday, 30 September is the last full day on the current set-up.
Gardens by the Bay’s own notice is short: Satay by the Bay shuts from 1 October to make way for the new waterfront dining experience. Other dining options around the Gardens stay open while the refresh runs.
Hours while it is still open
On weekdays the drink stall runs 9am to 10.30pm and food stalls 11.30am to 10pm. Weekends are 9am to 10.30pm across the board. The court sits on the Waterfront Promenade at 18 Marina Gardens Drive. The listed contact is +65 6538 9956.
The published pitch is local plates with a bay view: BBQ chicken wings, chilli crab and satay among the usual waterfront orders. If you want one more evening under the current stalls before the Wetlands works begin, the window closes at the end of September.
