Resorts World Sentosa’s Festival of Thrills runs from 1 September to 1 November 2026 across Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, WEAVE and the resort’s hotels and dining. The calendar’s night centrepiece is Halloween Horror Nights 14 at Universal Studios Singapore, which opens on 18 select nights from 25 September to 1 November.

Halloween Horror Nights 14
HHN14 runs 7.30pm to 12.30am. A regular USS day ticket does not cover the night event. You need a separate HHN admission.
The theme centre is Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection, built around the karang guni figure as keeper of a cursed haul. Four haunted houses sit in the line-up: Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection; Singapore’s Most Haunted: ON AIR, set in a broadcasting station; Chatterbox Charlie’s Vaudeville Horrors; and Made in Hell: XL Robotics. Two scare zones run alongside them, The Raveyard and Necropolis: The Serpent’s Crossroads. Three live shows round out the night: The Scaremony, Club PanDEMONium and Nail the Beat. The event is not recommended for guests under 13.
Tickets start at S$68 on non-peak nights and S$78 on peak nights, with Mastercard rates at S$63 and S$73. Non-peak nights are 25 to 26 September and 1 to 3, 8 to 9 and 15 to 16 October. Peak nights are 10, 17, 22 to 24 and 29 to 31 October, plus 1 November.
A Frequent Fear Pass is listed at S$156 for unlimited visits across the event nights. Frights for Two is S$250. Express and Express PLUS add-ons are S$89 and S$119. Buy through the Resorts World Sentosa HHN14 page and Klook.
Trick or Thrills by day

By day, Trick or Thrills fills Universal Studios Singapore from 1 September to 1 November and is included with regular USS day admission. Adult one-day tickets currently start from S$76 non-peak on the RWS tickets page, with child tickets from S$69. The family programme includes a Minions Halloween live show, character meet-and-greets, and candy and photo moments. It is the daytime track for anyone who wants Halloween colour without buying a night ticket.
Glowcean, Adventure Cove and WEAVE

Into the Glowcean at Singapore Oceanarium runs from about 5 September to 1 November, with neon and glow marine worlds, workshops and after-dark moments.

At Adventure Cove Waterpark, Legend Keepers is a daytime treasure hunt from 1 September to 1 November, included with a One-Day Ticket and running 10am to 5pm. Pool Party Panic is a murder-mystery after dark on select Saturdays (5, 12 and 19 September; 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 October), 4pm to 8pm, and is not aimed at young children.
WEAVE adds Race Ready motorsport and sims from 11 September to 1 November, with Halloween rewards and trick-or-treat on Fridays and Saturdays in October.
Hotel and dining bundles sit around the festival, including Frights for Two stays, Family Thrills packages and drinks passes, if you want the night or the day wrapped into a stay rather than a single ticket.
HHN14 tickets are on sale now via Resorts World Sentosa and Klook. The wider Festival of Thrills calendar closes on 1 November 2026.
