This update is for a traveller, airport visitor or east-side dessert buyer deciding whether the old ube announcement is still actionable. It preserves the original page’s intent while replacing launch language with a current verification method. No tasting visit, purchase, phone call or first-hand stock check is claimed.

What the current official menu shows
The Queic by Olivia official menu currently highlights its signature, burnt Basque, flavour and cheese-board collections. The checked page includes products such as Olivia’s Signature, Classic Basque Burnt, Chocolate Coulant, New York, black sesame and matcha cheesecakes. It does not currently list an ube cheesecake.
Absence from the online menu is not proof that a kiosk has no remaining or off-menu stock. It does mean an old launch article cannot carry the burden of a current availability promise. The safest answer is “not confirmed online”, followed by a same-day store check if the trip depends on ube.
Use the official store details
The Queic by Olivia locations page lists the Jewel store at 78 Airport Boulevard, #01-K218, Singapore 819666, and gives daily hours of 10am to 10pm. Operating hours can change, so the current page or store should control a time-sensitive journey.
Save the unit number rather than relying on a general “Jewel” destination pin. The kiosk-style unit on level one is a different navigation problem from finding a restaurant with a large frontage. If you are collecting before a flight, allow time for queues, product selection and carrying the box to the terminal.
Treat the old ube details as historical
The original July article described Ube Queso and Ube Cloud cheesecakes plus two ube drinks. Those details explain what the launch covered, but they should no longer be presented as a current menu. Promotional ranges can end, sell through or change format without preserving every old landing page.
If staff confirms that an ube item is available, ask for the exact name, size and ingredient position rather than assuming it matches the July version. For any allergy or dietary decision, request current information and cross-contact guidance directly from the store.
Build a fallback before the trip
The official Queic menu image inspected for this update is 2,560 by 1,811 pixels and shows a wider range of cheesecakes, savouries and drinks. It is useful for understanding that the Jewel visit need not fail if an ube item is unavailable. It does not prove that every pictured item is available at every hour, and it should not be used as a substitute for a current price or stock confirmation.
A simple fallback hierarchy keeps the trip useful: first choice, a store-confirmed ube item; second choice, a regular cheesecake that fits the same serving need; third choice, a different Jewel dessert stop; final choice, postpone rather than buying an unsuitable substitute. Decide the hierarchy before joining a queue.

Suppose a traveller has 70 minutes between meeting a friend at Jewel and entering the departure area. An ube cheesecake is the first choice, but the current online menu does not show one and almond is unsuitable for a recipient. The decision file should record “ube not confirmed”, one regular non-almond fallback to verify with staff, and a latest collection time that protects the flight buffer. If staff cannot confirm both stock and ingredients, the safe decision is to skip the purchase.

Price, transport and storage caveats
Do not infer today’s ube price from the old article, a delivery platform or an image. Confirm the amount before payment. If you are carrying cheesecake beyond Jewel, ask how long it can remain out of refrigeration and whether the packaging suits your journey.
