The Ministry of Education says Polytechnic Early Admissions Exercise offers for the O-Level track open at 2pm on Tuesday, 8 September 2026. Students must accept through the Poly EAE portal by Friday, 11 September 2026.

Selection and interviews ran from 6 July to 1 September. Results land by email. Acceptance is completed only on the portal. Anyone who does not finish online acceptance by the stated deadline is deemed to have rejected the offer.
What lands on Tuesday
From 2pm on 8 September, successful O-Level and ITE applicants can see their conditional offer on the Poly EAE portal. Each applicant can receive only one offer, even if more than one course choice was suitable. The offer that lands is the highest-ranked choice among those for which the applicant was selected.

The O-Level and ITE acceptance window closes on Friday, 11 September 2026. Working adults on the same exercise have a longer acceptance period, from 2pm on 8 September to 11.59pm on Friday, 16 October 2026, on the published Singapore Polytechnic EAE timetable.

DSA-JC clash
Students may take part in both Poly EAE and Direct School Admission for junior colleges. They may accept only one pathway. Accepting both voids both acceptances unless one is rejected before the Poly EAE acceptance stage ends on 11 September 2026.
DSA-JC Phase 2 acceptance runs from Tuesday, 8 September to Friday, 11 September. Parents submit the completed acceptance form to the school by 5pm on 11 September, through FormSG where the school uses that route.

Withdrawal after acceptance
Students who accept a Poly EAE offer and later want JAE or JPAE can withdraw on the portal from Monday, 14 September to Friday, 16 October 2026. Anyone who accepts and does not withdraw by 16 October is treated as confirmed once O-Level or final ITE results meet the course criteria, and cannot switch courses within or between polytechnics.
Withdrawal for O-Level and ITE tracks closes on 16 October 2026.
