Permata Singapore is running Flavours of the East Coast as a 1-for-1 halal buffet from 1 September to 31 October 2026 at Gedung Kuning, with lunch at $88++ for two adults and dinner at $108++ for two adults.
That works out to $44++ a head at lunch and $54++ a head at dinner before service charge and GST. The 1-for-1 applies to adults only.
What is on the buffet
The seasonal spread leans on Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang cooking. Stations include seafood and salad, East Coast rice plates such as nasi dagang and nasi kerabu goreng, hearty dishes, sambals, and a dessert line. The grill station, with satay and seafood, opens at dinner only.
Hours and booking
Lunch runs daily from 12pm to 2.30pm. Dinner runs Sunday to Friday from 6pm to 9.30pm. Saturday dinner is two seatings, 5pm to 7pm and 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Permata sits at 73 Sultan Gate, Singapore 198497, inside Gedung Kuning.
