Odette sits at No. 15 on The 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list, the only Singapore restaurant inside the top 50. The ranking came out at the awards ceremony in Lima, Peru, on 4 November 2026.
Chef Julien Royer is on the pass at the modern French restaurant in National Gallery Singapore. Pastry chef Louisa Lim is named on the same official profile. The list, formerly The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, is organised by British media group William Reed and was rebranded in September 2026.
Head sommelier Lesley Liu takes Best Sommelier
Odette’s head sommelier, Lesley Liu, won the Best Sommelier Award 2026, sponsored by Vik. She works alongside wine director Vincent Tan on a cellar of more than 1,000 bottles, with a list focused on terroir and craft, unconstrained by price, region or style.
Liu joined Odette after earlier posts in Taichung and Shanghai, and holds professional credentials from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale.

Three more Singapore names on 51 to 100
Singapore also holds three places on the extended 51 to 100 list, released earlier:
- Seroja at Duo Galleria, Fraser Street: No. 64, a new entry. Chef Kevin Wong’s 24-seat room focuses on Malay Archipelago cooking.
- Burnt Ends: No. 89. Chef Dave Pynt’s smokehouse cooks over a custom dual-cavity oven and elevation grills.
- Labyrinth: No. 98. Chef Han Liguang (LG Han) plates progressive Singaporean cooking built on local flavours.

Where Odette sits
Odette opened in 2015 and runs at 1 St Andrew’s Road, #01-04 National Gallery Singapore. Royer sources from artisanal producers in Asia and Europe for French fine dining with Asian-inspired flourishes, and Dawn Ng’s paper sculpture hangs behind the host station.
Spain’s Asador Etxebarri took No. 1. Bookings and current menus sit on Odette’s own site.
