Asia Square’s homegrown European bakery is giving CBD dwellers a fresh reason to linger on weekends. MIMMO Bakery Singapore has rolled out a new weekend brunch menu at its Marina View flagship, adding hearty savouries and a build-your-own pasta bar to the viennoiserie and Hong Kong-inspired bakes it is already known for.
What’s on the new weekend brunch menu
Served on Saturdays and Sundays, the brunch line-up leans indulgent. Highlights include an Italian Club Sandwich (8), a Crème Brûlée Croissant French Toast (2) and Banana Foster Pancakes (0), rounded off by a build-your-own pasta bar that nods to founder Chef Domenico “Dom” Giammarella’s Italian roots. It is a natural extension for a bakery that has quietly built a following since opening at Asia Square.
Four influences, one bakery
MIMMO is built on a philosophy Chef Dom calls “Four Hearts Into One”, a blend of his Canadian, French, Italian and Hong Kong influences. That cross-cultural streak shows up across the counter, from flaky egg tarts and pistachio bolo bao to French pastries and cakes, each made with natural ingredients and refined technique.
Sweet-toothed visitors are well catered for, too, with showpieces such as the mango charlotte and an orange-hazelnut Paris-Brest that would not look out of place in a Parisian patisserie window.

It opens 8am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays, with the new brunch menu served across Saturday and Sunday.
