The LEGO Group is running free Formula 1-inspired Race Car Make & Take sessions across participating LEGO Certified Stores and Toys “R” Us outlets on weekends through Sunday 25 October 2026. Builders put together a small race car at the table and take it home, with no purchase required for the activity itself.
LEGO Certified Stores offer an F1 Academy LEGO Race Car build. Toys “R” Us outlets offer a multicolour LEGO Race Car build. Both tracks sit inside the wider Grand Prix Season Singapore programme that also includes the Suntec City atrium experience running to 18 October.
LEGO Certified Store weekends still ahead
Sessions at LEGO Certified Stores run in weekend blocks. For 10 and 11 October, ION Orchard hosts from 12pm to 4pm and the Jewel Changi Airport pop-up at #04-204/205 hosts from 12pm to 3pm. For 17 and 18 October, JEM hosts from 12pm to 4pm and Compass One hosts from 12pm to 3pm. For 24 and 25 October, WEAVE at Resorts World Sentosa #01-217 hosts from 12pm to 4pm and NEX hosts from 12pm to 3pm.
Earlier October weekends covered Suntec City and Tampines Mall on 3 and 4 October. Earlier Certified Store weekends also covered Plaza Singapura, Jurong Point, Compass One and WEAVE in September.
Toys R Us Make & Take dates
Toys “R” Us sessions run from 12pm to 4pm on the stated weekends. Parkway Parade and JEM share 10 and 11 October. Great World hosts 17 and 18 October. Suntec City hosts 24 and 25 October. Earlier stops included Paragon, Waterway Point and VivoCity in September and early October.
Stocks are limited on the day, so later afternoon slots can sell out of kits. Colour and kit type follow what each store has on the table that day.
Reaction Challenge on the side
Selected LEGO Certified Stores also run a LEGO Reaction Challenge on weekends from late September and on Friday to Sunday dates between 2 and 11 October, from 12pm to 4pm. Players try to stop a timer as close to 08:00 as possible. An exact hit unlocks a top prize of a LEGO City F1 Display Truck with Audi F1 Race Car, with other near-misses earning minifigures or vouchers while stocks last. Remaining challenge stops in the published annex include Plaza Singapura on 9 October, Jurong Point on 10 October and Compass One on 11 October.
Make & Take weekends still ahead are 10 to 11 October, 17 to 18 October and 24 to 25 October; kits are first-come while stocks last.
