Jewel Privileges is a long-running airport-mall deal worth knowing if you are hosting visitors or transiting through Changi with time to shop.
The tourist perks combine vouchers with the Jewel Privilege Card, and Mastercard cardholders have a separate S$5 Retail Voucher add-on when verified at the concierge.

How To Use It
- Download or open Changi App to view the Jewel Privilege e-card, or collect a physical card at Level 1 Concierge Counter
- For tourist perks, present a foreign passport at Level 1 Jewel Concierge
- Present a Mastercard as well if redeeming the additional S$5 Retail Voucher
- For the Jewel Premium, spend at least S$100 across a maximum of three same-day receipts at participating Jewel Privileges stores
Spend, Caps And Exclusions
- Tourists may be asked to show a boarding pass stub for voucher redemption
- Jewel Privilege Card or EDM must be presented at participating outlets to enjoy discounts and promotions
- All redemptions must be made at Level 1 Jewel Concierge from 10am to 10pm daily
- Tourist Perks are limited to one redemption per tourist per day
- Free Jewel Premium is available while stocks last
- The S$100 Jewel Premium spend requirement can be met across a maximum of three same-day receipts
- Promotions are valid only at participating outlets in Jewel Changi Airport
- Promotions are subject to availability and respective outlet terms
- Vouchers and Jewel premiums are not refundable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired
When The Reward Arrives
- Vouchers and tourist redemptions are handled at Level 1 Jewel Concierge during daily 10am to 10pm counter hours
- Outlet discounts are applied when the Jewel Privilege e-card or physical card is presented at participating outlets
