HSBC Lucky Draw Campaign 2026, branded Indulge in the finest, is a card-and-banking campaign rather than a simple instant voucher. It runs from 15 May to 31 July 2026 for eligible HSBC Singapore personal credit and debit card customers.
Who Can Take Part
- Eligible customers must hold a main HSBC personal credit card issued in Singapore, excluding HSBC US dollar cards and HSBC corporate cards, and/or an HSBC debit card tied to a Singapore personal current or savings account.
- Supplementary credit cardholders are not the eligible primary participants for this campaign.
- Customers must be aged 18 or above on 15 May 2026 and reside in Singapore with a valid Singapore residential address.
- Accounts must remain in good standing during the promotional and fulfilment period.
How To Register And Earn Chances
- Register through the HSBC Cards Campaign Registration Form with gift code INDULGE, or through the HSBC Singapore app banner where available.
- Earn one draw chance when you register for PayNow using your mobile number with HSBC during the promotion period.
- Earn one draw chance for every S$500 in local qualifying spend on any HSBC Card.
- Earn two draw chances for every S$500 equivalent in overseas qualifying spend.
- Earn three draw chances for every S$500 local or overseas qualifying spend with HSBC Premier Mastercard.
- Earn three draw chances for every S$3,000 equivalent in eligible FX transactions.
Prize And Fulfilment Details
The draw is scheduled for 16 September 2026 at HSBC’s Mapletree Business City office. Prizes include three pairs of First Class round-trip tickets to Japan awarded as 350,000 KrisFlyer miles, five Trip.com dream holidays worth S$10,000, dining experiences for two at Burnt Ends or Pangium, and staycations at Shangri-La Singapore or COMO Metropolitan Singapore.
Winners are expected to be announced on HSBC’s campaign website within seven working days from the draw date. Letters or SMS redemption details are scheduled by 1 October 2026, with a 10 October contact deadline if a winner does not receive the relevant notification.
