HomeFest 2026 Round 2 returns to Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Hall 405, from Friday to Sunday 18–20 September 2026, 10am to 8pm daily. Entry needs a ticket; the first 700 are free via RSVP on homefest.com.sg, with paid tickets listed after that free batch.
This is the practical stop for households collecting BTO keys or lining up a reno, not a mall flyer dump. Organiser IDLah frames it as a CaseTrust-only designer floor with brand booths and short consults under one roof.
Who is on the floor
HomeFest lists 300+ CaseTrust-accredited interior designers and 50+ home brands covering furniture, appliances, flooring, paint, lighting, smart home, mattresses, digital locks and financing. Suntec’s own event page repeats the free-ticket RSVP rule and the Hall 405, Level 4 address at 1 Raffles Boulevard.
Show extras called out by the organiser include live ID consultations, masterclasses on quotes and wet areas, daily lucky draws from 6pm, and a gift pack for verified RSVPs at the door. Celebrity stage slots ran in Round 1; Round 2 timings are posted closer to each day on the HomeFest channels.
How to register and what to bring
RSVP on homefest.com.sg. Walk-ins are not accepted. One registration per household is enough. After the free batch, tickets are listed at S$47 excluding GST.
Bring a floor plan if you have one, even a phone photo of the HDB or developer layout. That turns a short chat into a usable space talk. If keys are still months away, the organiser still wants early visits so you leave with shortlists rather than a panic quote later.
Getting there with kids in tow
Nearest MRT stops are Promenade (CC4/DT15) and Esplanade (CC3), both about a five-minute sheltered walk. Parking is in the Suntec City basement. Kids are welcome; the event page mentions family zones so adults can sit with designers without juggling prams in every aisle.
