HL Bank is offering promotional Singapore-dollar fixed deposit rates of up to 2.00% p.a. from 17 September 2026, with online placements from S$10,000 on HLB Connect.

The rate board
For a minimum online placement of S$10,000, the published promotional rates are 1.80% p.a. for six months, 1.80% p.a. for 12 months, 1.88% p.a. for 18 months, and 2.00% p.a. for 24 months. Branch placements are listed from S$100,000.
How placement works
Customers without a fixed deposit account can open an HL Bank iSavings Account online with Singpass, then place the deposit through HLB Connect Online. The branch is at 7 Wallich Street, #B1-25 and B1-26. Enquiries are listed at +65 6028 9800.
