Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is adding Hong Kong dishes to its seafood dinner buffet from 16 to 31 October 2026, and the price stays the same. The From Hong Kong, with Love buffet is S$98++ an adult from Tuesday to Thursday and S$118++ on Friday and Saturday.
The Hong Kong dishes are by Chef Joy Lui, sous chef at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, the group’s hotel in that city. They join the Treasures of the Sea Dinner Buffet, which Town Restaurant has run since 11 August and keeps until 7 November.
The Hong Kong dishes
The savoury side has three named dishes:
- Typhoon Shelter Prawn
- Chinese sausage and pork belly claypot rice
- Satay beef noodles
The rest is dessert and drink: freshly made Hong Kong egg waffles, chilled mango pomelo sago, double-skin milk pudding and Hong Kong iced milk tea.
That is a short list. It sits on top of the full seafood buffet rather than replacing anything, so the Hong Kong dishes are an extra for the second half of October, not a different menu.
What the seafood buffet already has
Treasures of the Sea is built around a seafood-on-ice counter with Boston lobster, snow crab legs and half-shell scallops. The buffet also has crispy fried whole barramundi, sweet onion ikan pari, BBQ prawn skewers and satay, along with international dishes and a dessert spread.
Prices, days and hours
Dinner runs from 6.30pm to 10pm, on Tuesday to Saturday only:
- Tuesday to Thursday: S$98++ an adult, S$49++ a child aged six to 11
- Friday and Saturday: S$118++ an adult, S$59++ a child aged six to 11
Those are the same prices Town Restaurant charges for Treasures of the Sea outside the Hong Kong fortnight. For the same S$98++ on a weekday, the buffet from 16 October simply carries more dishes than it did on 15 October.
The buffet does not run on Sunday or Monday; Sunday at Town Restaurant is its Sunday brunch.
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is at 1 Fullerton Square, beside the Singapore River and a short walk from Raffles Place MRT station. The first Hong Kong night is Friday 16 October, at the S$118++ weekend price, and the last is Saturday 31 October.
