Two grocery runs restarted on Thursday 29 October with different clocks. FairPrice put up a new weekly set that mostly ends on Sunday 1 November, with a second batch running to Thursday 5 November. Giant started its Year-End Giant Savings the same morning, and that one runs all the way to Friday 25 December.
What ends on Sunday at FairPrice
Milo UHT in the 24 by 200ml carton is S$16.95, down from S$19.00. Pokka green tea in 24 by 250ml is S$12.90, down from S$14.40. Dasani water in 12 by 1.5 litres is S$9.00, down from S$12.60. Farm Fresh milk in the 2 litre bottle is S$6.00, down from S$6.70.
Seara boneless chicken legs in the 2kg pack are S$8.95, down from S$11.70. The same brand’s 2kg wings are also S$8.95, from S$10.45, and that price holds to Thursday 31 December, so there is no reason to buy the wings this weekend.
The Sunday deadline sets the order of the trip. The Milo, the Pokka, the Dasani and the milk all revert on Monday morning, and the chicken legs go with them.

What runs a week longer
Coca-Cola in 24 by 320ml is S$15.55, down from S$21.15, and that one holds to Monday 2 November. Fresh blueberries in the 125g punnet are S$3.95 each or two for S$4.95. Chef red onion in the 700g pack is S$1.40, down from S$1.70. A CocoThumb coconut is S$3.90, or two for S$4.95.
The blueberries and coconuts both end on Thursday 5 November, so they can wait a few days. Simply Finest leafy vegetables are any three for S$4.95, or S$1.95 a pack, and that bundle has been running since July.

Online delivery carries two spend thresholds at the same time: S$70 gets S$7 off and S$30 gets S$2 off, both to Wednesday 4 November.
Giant’s long run and its short ones
Giant’s Year-End Giant Savings opened on Thursday and closes on Christmas Day, so nothing in it needs buying this weekend except the two offers with dates on them. CHAS cardholders get 6 per cent off at all Giant stores until Friday 30 October, so Friday is the last day for that one. The PurSoft free multipurpose pouch needs S$20 of PurSoft spend and ends on Saturday 31 October.
Two Giant store offers run longer. Clorox carries a free ceramic pot valued at S$18 with S$18 of Clorox spend, at Tampines Hypermarket and IMM only. Tampines Hypermarket also gives a S$5 off S$50 return voucher on a S$100 single receipt, limited to the first 300 yuu members each week.

Giant’s 4 per cent Tuesday discount for Singaporean citizens and PRs aged 60 and above continues to Thursday 31 December, and its senior and CHAS day discounts run to the same date.
One thing worth knowing before the weekend: the DBS weekend promotion still shown on Giant’s homepage carries a 25 October end date, so it has already closed and should not be counted on at the till.
